Wow - design change in the preferences!!!

The account tab was devided into "account" and "synchronizing" !?!!?!?!?

BUT it is inconsistent to the webUI!!!!

In webUI I´ve got a smartSync switch in my Pro account too - but it has no effect

In the desktop app prefs my Pro account has no smartSync switch
