This is a higher build number than the latest beta 147.3.4786, which I don't think has happened before.
Is there a simple explanation?

Does this support offline content for macOS 12.3 now?

Nope, still no smart sync feature on Monterey 12.3.1
Used it on Apple M1 Macbook Air.
Right clicking in Finder on any of my Dropbox files shows the feature: Make online or offline available.
Which kinda works... However, smart-sync worked WAY better with Adobe Software.
It instantly downloaded any file linked in a project. Guess that's why they call it smart-sync.
We need Smart-sync fixed Dropbox! - Michael B.104 years agoExperienced | Level 13
My understanding is that Smart Sync has been replaced by the new right click actions.
"Smart Sync actions have been renamed to āmake online onlyā andāmake available offlineā"
This is a quote from a Dropbox article in a beta section which this forum won't let me link to.
If you are seeing that I assume your Dropbox folder location has moved to ~/Library/CloudStorage/Dropbox which surprises me a bit, as I thought only beta builds were doing that.

I am having same problem with Monterey 12.3.1. but on Intel MacBook Air - please go back to the smart sync system (if indeed it has been replaced), I need the visual reference in my dropbox folder of what is on my hard drive and what is online.
