Hi everyone, it’s Theresa here you may have seen me previously on the Community.
You may have noticed some users with the title ‘Dropbox Staff’ and wondered who they are and what they do.
I’d like to take a moment to introduce you to our Dropbox moderators - and hey they are real people (not bots … which is rare online these days 🤖) who help keep our community running smoothly.
You might have also come across some Super Users who are highly knowledgeable and active in the community. Want to learn more about them? Find out here.
I'll get the ball rolling...
I’m Theresa, one of the Dropbox Community Managers, and I’m based in Ireland. I really enjoy jumping into conversations here and getting to know all the brilliant people who make this space what it is.
My favourite Dropbox feature?
Definitely Selective Sync. It makes my work life a whole lot easier especially when it comes to archiving files. Outside of work, I’m a musician with a slightly out-of-control collection of sheet music (like thousands of files). Selective Sync lets me store everything and, of course, access it during a performance… without my iPad exploding!

Hi everyone! I’m Emmet, I’m a Community Project Manager, and I’m based in Ireland. I love hearing all of the ideas users share on the Community and passing them on to other teams in Dropbox. We can’t work on every idea, but we love to hear every single one.
My favourite Dropbox feature?
I love using Dropbox Paper in both my personal and professional life. In my work, it’s so easy to share notes, agendas and projects, allowing my co-workers to give input quickly and quickly making changes to documents (and seeing a quick version history to see any changes made if needed). It works great in my personal life too, as I use it for all my holiday planning and keeping all my plans in one place.

Hi everyone! I’m Amy, I‘ve been working on the Dropbox Community team for five years so you might be sick of me already, but I’m based in Ireland too.
My favourite Dropbox feature?
My favourite feature, as you may well know is Dropbox Paper and I'll give an honourable mention to Dropbox Dash too.
I love Dropbox Paper for a million reasons, but the quickest one to share is typing /date and hitting the spacebar generates the date in this format: April 14, 2025 - Impossible to miscommunicate with our American date format loving teammates.
I will be sharing more on why I love Dropbox Dash soon too, so keep your eyes peeled for that!
