Beta not letting me join even though email received

I recently joined the Beta for co-authoring and received an email from Dropbox that I could join.  I followed the instructions to login from Word but through the login process, it said I needed to request to be a part of the Beta again.  Unsure why I received an email saying the Beta was ready for me to login but then it did not work.

  • Hi,

Thanks for reaching out and apologies for the issue. Can you try going through the instructions again to log in?

Feel free to reach out again for any feedback or bug you're seeing.

    Cheers,

Hi, is this a new teammate that joined your team's Dropbox account recently?

Hi again and my apologies for a delayed reply. Have you guys tried connecting Dropbox inside the Office app again? Is this happening to other end users in your team? If they have the same Office/M365 license as you and it's still not working, can you please file a ticket with us?
