Dans quelques jours, Dropbox va suspendre ses services car je travaille encore avec Windows XP. Je voudrais savoir si je pourrai quand même continuer à avoir accès à mes "anciens" fichiers. Merci.

Your files, as they would be on the 29th of August, would still be available on your PC in your Dropbox folder.
They will also be available on the Dropbox website.
The only thing that stops working is the Dropbox client syncing on Windows XP computers.

To be frank, the way Dropbox handles this is now officially illegal in France. This is obviously programmed obsolescence and even though the program should not have new updates, it should still work under XP.

I'd like to see the law which stops Dropbox offering the product as they see fit...

Heres a hint, if you weren't already aware - the French law does not apply to services being provided on a third party platform, and nor does it make it illegal to drop support at all, just within a reasonable time.
It doesnt apply to Dropbox dropping support for XP, whenever they did it.
It doesnt apply to Microsoft dropping support for XP after 14 years.
There is nothing illegal about this, in France or elsewhere.
Dropbox Pro should continue until maturity. otherwise it is not respected

I'm not mistaken at all - a Dropbox subscription is linked to additional space and certain other features over a Basic account, it is not linked to the product continually being available on a given platform. Dropbox is fully able to vary its service during the course of a subscription period.
I'm sorry, but Dropbox's actions breach neither the French obsolescence law (which does not apply here to internet services nor a platform as old as XP) nor does it breach contract law since availability of Dropbox on a given platform is not something you pay the subscription for.
And of course Dropbox will drop Windows 10 support at some point in the future - you have to be delusional to think otherwise. No platform will be supported for all of eternity, and 10 years support for Windows 10 will be plenty for most people.

About the French Law : Dropping support just means no more updates and if you have a problem, they have the right not to help you further.
Dropping support isn't illegal, blocking users from using the service on purpose is illegal.
Sincerely, I regret "dropbox team" with windows xp. I promoted dropbox because it worked on all types of OS and machines, highlighting the practice platforms. You do not measure the universality and continuity of the tool. Some like me, based archiving (so long time like Eternity) on several , some and must be abandoned while all other machines work (mac, pc, android, tablet isappointment.
