Hallo & danke für deine Antwort...

 

das stimmt. Jedoch weiß ich nicht welcher Account das ist. Ich habe nur die Daten vom Kontoauszug. Ohne mich aber einzuloggen kriege ich keinen Support. Das ist ein wirklich kompliziertes System:-( Hast du da evtl. eine Idee?

    leider gibt es da kein Thema zu meinem Problem. Ich verzweifle, gibt es keine Hotline von Dropbox die weiterhelfen kann?

     

    Ich habe eine Lastschrift auf unserem Konto von Dropbox die ich nicht zuordnen kann. Wie krieg ich die Infos hierzu?

      Können Sie die Transaction ID hier eingeben? Damit sollte man den verknüpften Akkount finden können.
