Können Sie die Transaction ID hier eingeben? Damit sollte man den verknüpften Akkount finden können.

eine solche Nummer finde ich da leider nicht. Hier ein Bild der Abbuchung:

      Wenn ich die Nummer eingebe heisst es die ist nicht korrekt. Die Seite prüft ja auch nur Zahlungen mit der Kreditkarte. Hierbei handelt es sich um eine Lastschrift. Wo kann man diese prüfen lassen?

        Sollte sowohl für Kreditkarten als auch Banklastschriften funktionieren.

        Das ist die englische Empfehlung:

        Same process applies, he can leave blank any of the questions that he can’t answer, and just fill in any answers about the bank account that he can.
