Beide Geräte haben Android 10 beziehungsweise 11.

Die App hab ich deinstalliert und wieder runtergeladen.

Das Handy und Tablet hab ich auch runtergefahren und wieder hoch.

Das gleiche Problem hat auch meine Frau.

    Ich konnte erkennen, dass Sie diesbezüglich inzwischen von unserem direkten Kundendienst betreut werden.

      Das Problem konnte dadurch noch nicht gelöst werden.
