Dropbox für Unternehmen kündigen

Ich habe zwei Dropbox Konten. Eine private Dropbox und eine Unternehmens Dropbox. Ich bin aus dem Unternehmen ausgeschieden. Wie kann ich das Konto jemand anders übertragen und nicht mehr der Zahlend...

Hallo Eckhard,

wenn Sie ein anderes Mitglied Ihres Teams zum Administrator machen möchten, führen Sie bitte die folgenden Schritte durch:
1) Melden Sie sich an unter https://www.dropbox.com/team/admin.
2) Klicken Sie rechts neben dem Mitglied, das Sie als Administrator hinzufügen möchten, auf das Zahnrad und wählen Sie „Administratorrechte zuweisen“ aus dem Menü aus.

Danach kann der neue Admin Ihr Unternehmenskonto löschen und somit dann das Abo übernehmen. Ihre Kreditkartendaten werden automatisch gelöscht, wenn Ihr Konto aus dem Team gelöscht wird und der neue Administrator kann dann neue Kreditkartendaten hinterlegen.
