Dropbox stürzt ab wenn ich auf "öffnen mit" klicke

vielen Dank für Ihren Beitrag in unserem Forum!

 

-Können Sie die Dropbox-Desktop-Anwendung vollständig beenden und versuchen, diese Dateien zu öffnen, während die Desktop-Anwendung geschlossen ist? Wenn das Problem weiterhin besteht, während die App geschlossen ist, könnte es entweder an den Dateien im Ordner liegen oder daran, wie Word/Excel sie liest.

 

-Haben Sie sich auch vergewissert, dass die Office-Programme auf Ihrem Computer aktuell sind oder Sie die neueste Version verwenden?
