Fehlercode 403

Hallo, ich habe per Mail einen Link für Dropboxdaten  bekommen und es erscheint der Fehlercode 403. Meine Partnerin mit einem Apple konnte die Daten ohne Probleme öffnen.

Kann mir da jemand helfen?

    Haben Sie schon probiert vom Dropbox-Symbol in der Taskleiste → Weltkugel-Symbol auf Ihre Dropbox im Browser zuzugreifen?

    Und wenn das funktioniert dann auf diesen Link in der eMail zu klicken?
