Fehlermeldung cloudagent angehalten

Hallo, seit ein paar Tagen bekomme ich auf meinem Samsung Galaxy S 4 immer die nervige Fehlermeldung "CloudAgent angehalten". Was kann ich tun, damit diese Fehlermeldung nicht ständig, wenn ich die G...

ich habe die gleiche Meldung, nach den Updates vom letzten Wochenende auf einem Galaxy S5  --Dropbox angehalten-- wenn ich Fotos aus der Galerie in die Dropbox sichern will.

Von meinem A5 aus funktioniert dies noch einwandfrei, allerdings habe ich auf diesem kein Update gestartet am letzten WE.

Was kann ich jetzt tun, gibts da schon eine Lösung??
