Kein Update bei Datei teilen

Wenn ich eine EXCEL Datei in der Dropbox mit einem Empfänger teile, dieser sie herunterlädt und ich sie dann ändere, wird sie nicht Upgdated/synchronosiert. Ist das normal? Bei einem Ordner ist das...

  • Können Sie mir bitte Ihren Synchronisierungsstatus mitteilen, wenn Sie mit der Maus über das Dropbox Mini-Symbol in der Taskleiste oder Menüleiste (neben Uhrzeit) fahren? Wird es aktualisiert, wenn Sie die Excel-Datei freigeben?

 

  • Können Sie sicherstellen, dass Sie die neueste Version der Dropbox-Anwendung heruntergeladen haben?

Mac: https://www.dropbox.com/downloading?plat=mac&type=full 

 

  • Haben Sie auch die neueste Version von Microsoft Excel auf Ihrem Gerät aktualisiert?
