Kennwort vergessen.

Bei mir funktioniert die Automatik beim Drücken des „Kennwort vergessen“-Buttons nicht. Ich erhalte keine Mail von Dropbox. Auch in keinem der verschiedenen Spam-Filter ist nichts zu finden. Was nun?...

Moin Malcolm, vielen Dank für deine Antwort. In meinem Falle hat etwas Geduld geholfen. Ich war nicht davon ausgegangen, dass es 10 Minuten dauern kann, bis die automatische Mail kommt. Das ist zwar hart wenn man ungeduldig ist, aber ein nicht uninteressanter Schutz gegen Hacker, die ja bekanntlich alle technischen Möglichkeiten haben, aber keine Zeit. schoenengruss, mbo
