  • Ich möchte, dass Sie sicherstellen, dass Sie die neueste Version der Dropbox-Anwendung heruntergeladen haben. Sie können Ihren Computer auch neu starten.

Windows: https://www.dropbox.com/downloading?plat=win&type=full 

Mac: https://www.dropbox.com/downloading?plat=mac&type=full 

 

 

  • Öffnen Sie Ihren Dropbox-Ordner, gehen Sie zu einer Datei oder einem Ordner, klicken Sie mit der rechten Maustaste auf die Datei oder den Ordner und suchen Sie die Option „Nur online“. Dann sollte neben all Ihren Dateien und Ordnern, die Sie ändern, eine graue Wolke erscheinen. Das bedeutet, dass sie keinen Speicherplatz auf Ihrem Gerät belegen.
