Videodatei ist nicht zu starten

Mein Yogalehrer schickt wöchentlich Yogastunden per Video über Dropbox. Seit letzter Woche sehe ich zwar die Datei, kkann aber das Video nicht starten. Das Playsymbol fehlt. Was kann ich tun? Danke!
