Könnten Sie uns bitte zum besseren Verständnis mitteilen, ob Sie Android oder iOS benutzen? Welche Android/iOS Version verwenden Sie?

 

Können Sie uns vielleicht auch eine Bildschirmaufnahme des Fehlers zukommen lassen? ( Anleitung für Android | iOS )
