Cambiar archivo sin cambiar la url del enlace

Hola,

Quiero colgar la carta de un restaurante en pdf a dropbox y generar un QR que lleve al enlace compartido de ese pdf.

Si en nos meses hay que cambiar la carta ¿puedo cambiar el archivo y mantener el enlace para no tener que cambiar también el QR?
