Como renombra DropBox los archivos?

Me gustaría saber como renombra los archivos Dropbox de la carpeta Camera Uploads. Últimamente vengo observando que mi mujer y yo, hacemos fotos con el móvil y se nos mezclan las fotos.... hay fotos ...

Me ocurre lo mismo y ralmente es molesto.

Esperemos se solucione pronto, aunque esta incidencia esta reportada de hace 1 año y aún nada.
