Dropbox android descargar archivos a mi telefono

En la app dropbox para android como puedo descargar o exportar mis archivos al telefono. solo puedo poner la opcion "archivos sin conexion" me gustaria saber si al estar el archivo en modo sin conexion gasta datos moviles.
