Dropbox dice que no tengo espacio

He visto varias conversaciones al respecto y las soluciones no me sirven.  Tengo cerca de 7GB de espacio y, según DB he superado el límite: 7,7GB de 6,88. Esto es del todo incorrecto. Mis archivos ...

No sé ni qué he hecho, pero ahora ¡por fin! después de semanas intentándolo, acabo de ver por primera vez que mi cuenta tiene espacio libre! 

Pues nada: CASO CERRADO.
