DROPBOX NO ACTUALIZA LOS ARCHIVOS DE MI PC EN OTROS DISPOSITIVOS

DESDE HACE DOS DIAS, DROPBOX NO SE ACTUALIZA EN LA WEB, INTENTE SOLUCIONARLO PERO NO ME APARECE EL ICONO ABAJO, ENTONCES NO PUEDO HACER NADA, CUANDO ABRO DROPBOX EN OTROS DISPOSITIVOS, NO SALEN LOS N...

Buenos días Oficicna de la infancia ,

 

¿La pregunta es que añades archivos al dropbox del ordenador pero no se te aparecen en los otros dispositivos? Si es así, tiene pinta de ser un prroblema de sincronización. Para ello, inicia Dropbox en el ordenador y, en la barra de inicio donde aparece el icono, dale al botón derecho. En la parte superior derecha, aparece un circulito y una flecha, le clickas y mira si pone "Reanudar sincronización".

 

Espero que sea solamente eso.
