Um bom Hard Disk influencia na velocidade de sincronização do Dropbox?

Gostaria de saber se a especificação do hd (rpm, sata 3 e cache) influencia na velocidade de sincronização dos arquivos e pastas do Dropbox.

    Muito pouco, a influência maior se da pela velocidade de download/upload da internet
