Vírus afetou minha pasta do dropbox, minhas fotos não abrem e foram modificadas para ''jpg.ccc''

Bom, depois q meu not encheu de vírus eu desinstalei o dropbox dele, quando fui abrir em outro pc notei que as fotos estão em branco(não querem abrir) e em outro formato '' jpg.ccc'' tem como recuper...

OLÁ CARLA, FUI TENTAR ENTRAR EM CONTATO COM O SUPORTE, ELES PEDEM UM LINK DE RESTAURAÇÃO MAS EU NÃO SEI COMO FAÇO PARA TER ESSE LINK.. TERIA COMO ME EXPLICAR ?
