ノートパソコンを修理業者に出す場合、修理業者がDropboxフォルダーを読めなくする手順を教えて下さい。

・複数のPCを使ってファイルをDropboxで共有しています。 ・そのうちの一つのノートパソコンを修理に出すことになりました。 　しかしDropboxフォルダーには外部の人に見てほしくないファイルがあります。 ・そのPCのDropboxフォルダーをすべて削除してもよいのでしょうか? 　　その場合、修理後に他のPCのフォルダーとファイルにも影響がでそうで、躊躇しています。   最良...

minto013366 さん、こんにちは！

 

修理に出す前に、こちらの手順に沿ってパソコンにインストールされているDropboxデスクトップアプリをアンインストールしてください。

アンインストール後にハード ドライブからも Dropbox フォルダをゴミ箱にドラッグして、削除を行ってください。
