Add an option to prevent a thumbnail popup when taking a screenshot

The feature it's a part of is still being ramped, so not all users will experience it; when they do though, this improvement will be a part of it.

Hey, tmp20250109 -- Thanks for the feedback! I'm on the Product Management team here at Dropbox, and I wanted to let you know that we're actively working on this improvement!

The thumbnail you're seeing is part of a recent change, which we're Beta testing. We're in the process of updating it, so that it's easy to enable/disable it post-screenshot. Stay tuned for that!

In the meantime, if you have any other feedback about the Screenshot backup experience, we'd love to hear it.
