Android widget pointing to a single file for previewing

Add widget for Android home screen which allows open Dropbox file with default Dropbox viewer (important) or with default system app (optional suggestion).

    Dropbox provides a widget to open a folder. To open a file, the user needs to open the folder (maybe download all its contents?) and then open the file. These are redundant actions that take time. The "direct link" to a file will significantly speed up the opening of an important file.
