It would be extremely helpful to have the ability to download a PDF (or image, or other file types) with comments included. Alternatively, could there be a way save out just the comments as it's own ...

Thank you for the feedback, I completely understand your frustration.
I would just point out that what you're suggesting is actually separate functionality and your best bet would be to submit an idea of your own outlining exactly this! As soon as you do, I'll pop a vote on it myself!
