White-transparent logos with automatic white bg

I work with logos that are white. And after adding it to dropbox they become all white and don't recognizable

 first is from window explorer that do not add background to transparent pictures

second is inside dropbox
Add at least button to change color of that automatically added background (to black, gray and RGB basic colors)
