&lt;P&gt;when I use get_event (&lt;A href="https://dropbox.github.io/dropbox-api-v2-explorer/team/#team_log_get_events" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://dropbox.github.io/dropbox-api-v2-explorer/team/#team_log_get_events&lt;/A&gt;)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. the geo_location property inside the origin of the event sometime not exists.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. sessionId is an empty string&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;logging like:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;PRE&gt; "origin": {
        "access_method": {
          ".tag": "end_user",
          "end_user": {
            ".tag": "web",
            "session_id": ""
          }
        }
      }&lt;/PRE&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do I need to have some configuration to get this info? I am on the advanced plan&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Both of these fields are marked optional and may not always be available, for various reasons, e.g., due to a historical data gap.
