    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just got Dropbox and was trying to upgrade to Dropbox plus, I did everything for an upgrade but it still says Dropbox basic and when I click upgrade details it says “I’m already subscribed” and then I click okay and a box pops up that says “Upgrade Failed” but it already billed me and is on my subscriptions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Did you originally upgrade via the Dropbox site directly, or via the mobile app?&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
According to your card statement, do you see any charges from Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play?&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>I have been charged as well but upgrade say failed! Charged 12.98 out of my bank account but still can’t upgrade it. I’m not sure if it’s because I have a lot of photos ready to be sync or what please help!</description>
