&lt;P&gt;Have you tried using a different browser or an &lt;A href="https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95464" target="_blank"&gt;incognito&lt;/A&gt;/private browsing window, to see if that helps?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Mac user based the uk.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am a Dropbox basic user trying to subscribe to DropBox Plus (2 TO) but Dropbox doesn't accept my&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;paiement.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have entered my visa détails, clicked on subscribe, and I am stuck at the identity check which is on repeat. I pass the test,&amp;nbsp;sélect the right box&amp;nbsp;which Dropbox&amp;nbsp;confirme only to ask me a&amp;nbsp;fer second later to pass another one and so on.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;All idea about what could be the issue very welcome.&lt;/P&gt;

The checkout page is constantly firing off requests and refreshing the summary, and disabling and then enabling the "Purchase" button. Any action triggers a Verification popup which passes and then returns me to the same loop.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm just trying to give Dropbox money. A tech company this size using FE developers that can't maintain a checkout page doesn't exactly inspire confidence.&amp;nbsp;Will just use Google Drive instead.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
