    <description>&lt;P&gt;After getting an email saying I needed to upgrade my account, I logged into my apple ID and upgraded.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Yet the account will not sync and still says I need to upgrade my account. It's maddening!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm unable to contact support to fix the issue as when I login it still says I'm on a Basic account even though I have a paid Plus plan.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Would love to be able to fix this if anyone has any suggestions or a direct support contact!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
