    <description>&lt;P&gt;What do I do when invoices are not showing up in the billing section? I can normally just download them each month but it is telling me there is not activity despite the fact that we pay every month!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Is it possible that you might be signed in to a different Dropbox account, than your paid one at the moment?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Which plan do you see in the &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/account/plan" target="_blank"&gt;plan&lt;/A&gt; tab of your account settings?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you see that you're in your paid account, but the &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/account/billing" target="_blank"&gt;billing&lt;/A&gt; tab doesn't show your invoices, please try from a different browser or a private browsing window.&lt;/P&gt;
