    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'd like to downgrade from Advanced to Standard plan for my company, and I have to do it before tomorrow.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I tried to change it several days before and I couldn't.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Here is the description of what happened :&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When I'm on the "plan" page and I click on the "change my subscription" in the "Standard plan" section, it brings me back on my admin interface and nothing is changed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can someone help me ?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You will need to speak to Dropbox support to do it via &lt;A href="http://www.dropbox.com/support" target="_blank"&gt;www.dropbox.com/support&lt;/A&gt;. However, they are only open Monday through Friday.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you wish to change your Business team from Advanced to Standard, please keep in mind that this transition will take place at the end of your current billing cycle.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However, since you mention that the update doesn’t go through in the system, can you please open another browser on your computer and follow these &lt;A href="https://help.dropbox.com/plans/downgrade-team-plan" target="_blank"&gt;steps&lt;/A&gt; once more?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I’d like to check if you’ll see any difference.&lt;/P&gt;
