&lt;P&gt;Are you getting some kind of error message?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And are you trying to upgrade directly through our website or from the Dropbox app on your mobile device?&lt;/P&gt;
