    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'm trying to sign up for Professional Dropbox One and every time I select it under the Professional option or through my account it kicks me to the selection page again and doesn't let me buy it. I was setting up a brand new account and it by default registered me as Dropbox Basic. I was chatting with someone on the Dropbox website chat and they had me open incognito web browser and go to&amp;nbsp;&lt;A title="https://www.dropbox.com/buy/one" href="https://www.dropbox.com/buy/one" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener"&gt;dropbox.com/buy/one&lt;/A&gt; I went through the whole registration process and it sent me to my account &amp;gt; subscriptions and a statement popped up saying I wasn't eligible.&amp;nbsp; How do I register for Professional Dropbox One?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Could you please clarify if this chat was with our Sales team or the Support team?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it's the latter, you can let us know your ticket ID so that we can look it up in our system too.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As for the error you're getting, could you send us a screenshot so that we can have a look as well?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It was the sales team. I used the link he suggested and set up a new account under another email and that is working. I will cancel the other account that got set up. There is nothing you can help me with now. Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
