    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been paying for a Dropbox Plus account for over 5 years and now all of a sudden thinks I'm on a basic plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had a payment taken a week ago, and every month prior.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It shows that I'm using ~700gb &lt;EM&gt;but still have 1.2tb available&lt;/EM&gt;, then also asks me to upgrade my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm unable to contact customer support through my account because it thinks i'm not paying.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My account is now 'over the device limit' on mobile so I am unable to access my account on mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;tl;dr Dropbox thinks i'm on a basic plan but shows the storage of a plus plan + has been charging me for my account, I have no way of contacting customer support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page &lt;STRONG&gt;while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.&lt;/P&gt;
