    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have tried with support help to update me Credit Card but too many failed attempts. I have tried my VISA Credit Card and also Dropbox too with the same error.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Now I cant try again as my account has been degraded even though I asked support to put notes in that I am trying as this is my work dropbox account and cant do any work until its working so I have followed all the recommendations to try and fix but still failed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I cant reply on support ticket as I cant access that not its grayed out (as if I was not a paid account).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have got all my friends and every business I work with to get Dropbox and have had for over 10 years with no problems but now that I have you have just dropped me and no loyality to your customers, very disappointed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please can someone call me back on my registered mobile as I cant request that either.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Failure, Credit Card, Professional Account, Paid Account, Unable to contact support, long term customer&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Happy to add a new discussion everyday while I cant work&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Could you please share your ticket's ID from your interaction with our support team so that we can look it up in our system?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, since you've been downgraded to the Basic plan, have you tried upgrading through our &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/plans" target="_blank"&gt;plans page&lt;/A&gt;?&lt;/P&gt;
