I was billed $574 for a subscription that I have not used. I want to cancel it and get a refund but the bot does not allow me to talk to anyone. I cannot find any phone numbers or emails. Why are they making it so hard to contact someone with issues? I need this fixed asap!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Currently, we only provide incoming phone support for team admins of Dropbox Business subscriptions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/support/billing-issues" target="_blank"&gt;this link&lt;/A&gt;, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.&lt;/P&gt;

We were charged for a business account but my DropBox account still says we are using the free version. I was charged $574. I should be able to use the customer service phone number/chat but it is not letting me. I have tried doing the steps you have listed but it also does not let me continue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
