&lt;P&gt;How did you contact them? If you haven't yet, you need to open a ticket.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Visit the Support page &lt;STRONG&gt;while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the reply. I have submit a form (same way as your instruction) but never get a ticket number. If the number was sent via email. I won't get it because I was asked to enter the email address associated with the account, which I no longer have access to...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
