&lt;P&gt;As you were refunded by the support team, then it would normally take 3-5 working days. Do you see the refund invoice on the &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/payments" target="_blank"&gt;payments page&lt;/A&gt;?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Since you haven't received the refund yet, then I'd recommend contacting your bank or payment using that invoice for them to locate the refund.&lt;/P&gt;
