&lt;P&gt;Were you logged in to &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/account/general" target="_blank"&gt;this Dropbox account&lt;/A&gt;, when you upgraded via &lt;A href="http://www.dropbox.com" target="_blank"&gt;www.dropbox.com&lt;/A&gt;? If yes, did you see any errors at all during the process?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Finally, if you check your bank statement, do you see a completed transaction for Dropbox, or is it perhaps in pending state still?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
