    <description>For 2 years I have been paying for Dropbox upgrade that I have not recieve via google play which is around $280. &lt;P&gt;It sounds like you have two different upgraded accounts. One that you upgraded with Apple, and one with Google Play.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As for your refund request, have you tried to contact Dropbox Support directly for this?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can visit &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/support/" target="_blank"&gt;this&lt;/A&gt; Support page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.&lt;/P&gt;
