    <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m paying for Dropbox Plus for years and now it says I have the basic account and I have to upgrade. I tried to upgrade but then it says I already have the upgrade. I pay with apple and every month I see a payment on my credit card. What can I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Also, I’d like one more screenshot of the error you’re receiving, when trying to re-upgrade your Dropbox account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Have you tried these &lt;A href="https://help.dropbox.com/billing/subscription-error-mobile" target="_blank"&gt;steps&lt;/A&gt; perhaps?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It's under Settings within the Dropbox app. Tap the Account tab, then the gear at the top right. Scroll to the bottom and you'll see an option to restore purchases.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
