&lt;P&gt;Have you got another email address which could have a Dropbox account associated to it?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you able to login to that account to then view &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/payments" target="_blank"&gt;this page&lt;/A&gt; to see if there are any payments on it?&lt;/P&gt;
