    <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased a monthly plan to store photos from an old phone which I no longer have access to. I am being charged monthly fees for this, but cannot log into Dropbox to find the account and cancel it.&amp;nbsp; My email address links to a basic plan.&amp;nbsp; There is no contact number to find help and solve this issue. It's a nightmare, i've been going around in circles for weeks.&amp;nbsp; This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered and will never use Dropbox again!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

If you have access to the email address shown for the account, use it to sign in to the account and cancel the subscription.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Otherwise, to contact Support, visit the Support page &lt;STRONG&gt;while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.&lt;/P&gt;
