    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello! I have been getting charged $21.87, monthly, all of 2023. I never, ever signed up for anything but the Dropbox Basic Plan years ago and I do not have a card saved on file. I have no past "Billing History" within my Dropbox account and I am getting charged monthly. There is no way to speak to someone live about this. I have tried multiple times in various ways. Please assist me with next steps and about how I can go on to report this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You have a second account - the one with the card details on it. Dropbox&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;cannot charge you&lt;/STRONG&gt; if you didnt give it your details. If it isnt showing on the account you are on now then log on to your other ones.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
