&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;I recently found that I am paying for Dropbox, but I don't know for what account (my active account is on a free plan).&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;I am trying to find the account that the billing is related to, so I can login and cancel the subscription, but since the payment happens through Adyen, I cannot trace its origin.&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;I have tried the Billing Issues form here:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/support/billing-issues" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://www.dropbox.com/support/billing-issues&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;But since Adyen is not an option for payment method in the form, it does not provide me with an answer.&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;Any help would be greatly appreciatied!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can still submit a billing request to our support team via the link you provided, select a different payment method (like “credit card”), and clarify in your message what has happened exactly, and that Adyen was used instead.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When you’ve submitted it, feel free to send me the ticket number you’ll receive to your email too, and I’ll leave an internal note to our team, as well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
