&lt;DIV&gt;I tried on multiple computers, and in Incognito. How can this be resolved? Thank you for your help.&lt;/DIV&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Just to make sure, have you tried to upgrade using a different browser or a private browsing window?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;How about with a different card or PayPal, if that's a possibility?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Megan! Yes, I have tried in multiple different browsers and several different computers. PayPal does not work either. The purchase button is greyed out and not loading because of the error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Previously, I had a free trial through Apple. That has been cancelled by Dropbox Support, as I wanted to pay with my card.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Megan! I figured it out. I had Apple remove my subscription completely. (it was still going as a "free trial" even though Dropbox cancelled it on the website). It now allowed me to purchase a new plan. I hope this can help others with the same issue – cancel through Apple.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
